Building strong relationships with new and existing customers and manage their expectations.
Should be able to attend periodic training on product guidelines as advised by the company.
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
Demonstrating product features to customers.
Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
Completing order forms and submitting them for processing (Quotations.
Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
Qualifications
Any Graduate/Fresher.
1 – 2 years’ working experience in Marketing / Sales responsible for working on field for business development / sales and will be reporting to Team leader.
Experience in sales and marketing with related field such as FCMG, Automotive, Construction or building materials.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential) and familiar to the region he/she represents.
The ability to retain important information.
Sound consultative selling skills.
