KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• To enhance broker sales, agent sales and banca sales
• To take own initiatives to enable achievement of agreed sales targets.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of affinity groups as well as that of EFB clients.
• Following on monthly regular premium reconcilliation of Affinity product as well as EFB
• product’.
• Liaise with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs, resolve client complaints and
• issues, develop new business, and to provide value.
• Prepare Sales reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate
• recommendations to Head of Corporate Sales
• Prepare, present, and track new business proposals.
• Develop, manage, and maintain a database and pipeline of targeted new business prospects
• Managing positive working relationships with strategic partners such as brokers and agents
• Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage.
• Manage/ Oversee the Independent Agents channel.
• Keeping abreast of market developments affecting the business and collecting competitor
• intelligence.
• Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets.
• Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and
• competitors’ actions.
• Work with IL department and deploy cross selling strategy of corporate and individual life
• products to existing and potential clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Commercial Degree with good sales track records particularly in insurance or banking sector is
• preferred
• Results oriented persons
• Ability lead as sales team of up to 10 sales officers
