KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales by developing and implementing marketing campaigns
targeted at increasing customer acquisition and revenue.
• Lead Generation: Identify and capture new leads through innovative marketing strategies,
networking, and partnerships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing
customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat sales.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor
activity, utilizing insights to adjust strategies and enhance positioning.
• Brand Development: Strengthen our brand presence in the market by overseeing online and offline
brand activities, including social media, content marketing, and event participation.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
to evaluate ROI and commission earnings.
• Training & Mentoring: Train and mentor sales and junior marketing staff on branding, lead generation,
and customer engagement best practices to maintain a unified approach across teams.
• Partnerships & Networking: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and
alliances to extend the company’s market reach and drive business growth.
• Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to
high-impact campaigns and ensuring all activities are cost-efficient and within budget constraints.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or
relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Demonstrated success in generating sales or revenue through marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
