Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, clearly outlining our value proposition and customized solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of our offerings.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting, sales, or client management, preferably in the HR-IT sector.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and market trends in Africa and Asia.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, CHRP, SHRM) is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
Technology: Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
