Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in Africa and Asia.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
  • HR Consulting: Deliver high-quality HR consulting services, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the HR-IT consulting sector.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, clearly outlining our value proposition and customized solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of our offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting, sales, or client management, preferably in the HR-IT sector.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and market trends in Africa and Asia.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, CHRP, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Technology: Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
