• Enhance effectiveness by providing information management support.
• Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and
transmitting text, data, and graphics.

• Manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging
meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring

• Prepare reports by collecting information.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed

• Secure information by completing database backups.
• Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading secretarial
publications.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent note-taking skills and ability to create well-structured presentations.
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and coordinating schedules.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements.
