JOB SUMMARY

Leading and manage clients relationship and internal teams
for key accounts, oversee work flow & processes for the advertisements,
integrated teams, grow accounts and new business as they help steward the brand
in the broader market place

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate ability to successfully network and outreach
  for clients
• Actively participates in new business development
  presentations, proposals, identifying prospects and representing clients in
  business meetings
• Identifying opportunities to expand clients relationship
  through cross servicing
• Maintaining acceptable profit margin within accounts
  managed and exceed billable goals
• Ensuring quality work from team in order to meet/exceed
  clients expectations
• To translate clients business needs into communications
  action steps with solution oriented focus
• Provide overall strategic counsel to clients
• Stays abreast of emerging technology and recognize
  opportunities to apply the technology to meet clients goals
• Conduct Performance reviews for the team
• Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly reports

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Having a Master degree would be an advantage
• Working Experience in communication, advertising, Telecom or FMCG
  industry of not less than 8 years
