Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ HR professionals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Foster a positive company culture through training and team-building initiatives.
- Coach and develop employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement and commitment.
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in tech start-ups.
- Strong knowledge of modern HR tools and technologies.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and development skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Millennials and Gen Z.
- Experience with employee relations, conflicts, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
