KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise day to day activities of the clinic which includes,
2. To Manage Recruitment and Onboarding process, but also to develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall clinic goals.
3. To bridge management and employees’ relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues like leaves.
4. Able to conduct on training needs assessment so as to keep employee updated with new skills and technology
5. Compensation Management to maintain pay plan and benefits program.
6. Aware of Policy formulation and amendments, to update and review employee rules and regulations
7. Report writing and presentation 8. Excellent in Disciplinary procedures and Grievances handling, to handle employee complaints grievances and disputes and administer
employee discipline processes.

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Management.
