KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
PREMIUM FOLLOW UPS:
• Performing monthly premiums reconciliations for clients paying via bank and ensuring timely allocation.
• Reviewing payment histories and confirming the validity of premiums allocated for various purposes.
• Attending queries and enquiries from Customer services team regarding premiums collection and allocations.
• Preparing lodgments, cancellations, and adjustments for various individual pay points and submitting to RM timely.
• Revising Premiums admin reports and acting timely on discrepancies prevailing to ensure alignments on premiums allocated.
• Visit customers with special requirements.
• Escalate to Premium admin Manager any complaint received from customers.
• Assist customers with different enquires related to their policy contract.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Good in excel.
• Good numerical and literacy skill
• Negotiation and Convincing skill to convince customers to pay outstanding premiums
• Communication skill and confidence when dealing with customers to give customer trust
• Active listening skills and decision-making skills
• Ability to identify the source of discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
• Time Management-Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely reconciliation, especially in cases of large volumes of data
